A patient who fails to appear for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered a "no-show". In such instances, the patient will forfeit the consultation fee completely.

4. Refunds:

  • Medical Consultation Fees: If you have paid for a consultation at our clinic but are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess your situation on an individual basis and determine if a refund is warranted.
